yes. i was told nine months but with my daughter i am waiting past a year because her dad is lactose intolerant. i want to make sure that she doesn’t become lactose intolerant as well.
normally they say wait until a year, but my daughter started at 10 months at her pediatrician’s recommendation. She gets all her extra vitamins from her homemade food. it’s best to ask your baby’s doctor.
your doc knows your baby best, i think you should ask them…
